She has practiced as an attorney in the insurance industry.  She co-founded The Injury Law Firm, PLLC to serve on the “people’s” side of injury cases. Since launching the firm with her partners, Eboney has practiced exclusively in the representation of individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
